Service Policy – Venta Networks

At Venta Networks, we provide professional in-person internet installation, equipment setup, and network optimization services. Please review our service policy before booking.


πŸ•’ Appointment Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled by appointment only.

  • Once payment is made, we will contact you to confirm your appointment date and time.

  • Appointments are typically available within 1–5 business days, depending on workload and location.


πŸ“ Service Areas

Venta Networks currently serves:

  • Reno, NV and surrounding areas 35-40 mile radius

  • Additional service locations may be available upon request (travel fees may apply).


⚑ Service Delivery

  • All work is performed in person at the customer’s home or business.

  • We install, configure, and optimize equipment to improve internet performance.

  • Customers must provide access to their location and existing equipment (modems, routers, etc.) at the time of service.


πŸ”’ Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that someone 18 or older is present during the scheduled appointment.

  • Provide accurate information about your existing internet setup.

  • Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment.


❌ Missed Appointments & Delays

  • If you miss a scheduled appointment without notice, the service fee is non-refundable.

  • Venta Networks is not responsible for delays caused by internet service providers, power outages, or equipment outside our control.
