Service Policy – Venta Networks

At Venta Networks, we provide professional in-person internet installation, equipment setup, and network optimization services. Please review our service policy before booking.

🕒 Appointment Scheduling

Services are scheduled by appointment only.
Once payment is made, we will contact you to confirm your appointment date and time.
Appointments are typically available within 1–5 business days, depending on workload and location.

📍 Service Areas

Venta Networks currently serves:

Reno, NV and surrounding areas 35-40 mile radius
Additional service locations may be available upon request (travel fees may apply).

⚡ Service Delivery

All work is performed in person at the customer’s home or business.
We install, configure, and optimize equipment to improve internet performance.
Customers must provide access to their location and existing equipment (modems, routers, etc.) at the time of service.

🔒 Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that someone 18 or older is present during the scheduled appointment.
Provide accurate information about your existing internet setup.
Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment.

❌ Missed Appointments & Delays

If you miss a scheduled appointment without notice, the service fee is non-refundable.
Venta Networks is not responsible for delays caused by internet service providers, power outages, or equipment outside our control.
